Hunter’s Trophy Group was established as one of the main components of the specialized subdivisions of the structure of the Central Council of the Russian Alliance of Public Associations Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz. It represents the Alliance Rosokhotrybolovsoyuz as the National Committee CIC of the Russian Federation within the framework of the International Council of Hunting and Wild Life Protection. Based upon the delegation of powers by the General Assembly CIC of the Russian National Committee in Hunter's Trophies, it is the only representative of the Russian Federation in the International Council of Hunting and Wild Life Protection, established for the purpose of exercising its rights and liabilities with regard to its regulating activity empowered by its status. On the basis of its status, the Russian National Committee in Hunter's Trophies, regardless of its department affiliation, is the Interdepartmental (public) association with a great number of interested parties and organizations. Its regulating activity allows for attracting attention to the promotion and popularization of methods of inexhaustible use of resources for the benefit of all individuals and regional organizations in the Russian Federation which practice the CIC system in the International Council of Hunting and Wild Life Protection. By complying with the developed and approved Regulations for the CIC National Council No 108 dated 23.07.2003, the Hunter’s Trophy Group coordinates the work aimed at the organization and improvement of the trophy business in the Russian Federation.
